Come in all forms - from Pouring rain, that drenches you to your Bone and then the Sun shines yet again and a colorful Bridge spans the Sky.. in front of you, tempting you with the Pot of Gold - within or without - that's for each one us to figure out for ourselves.
But for now, I'm just happy to sit and let the beauty seep into my very Being

You better watch out, as you just can't keep up and the Pumpkin will soon take over the entire garden... Luckily, it's not our garden. It's our friends Garden.. we're just visiting.
Before we know it, Fall will be upon us and this plant will offer up a cornucopia of voluptuous, gorgeously coloured, sweet-fleshed fruit.
Mhmmm.. Time to look forward to enjoying them in all sorts of enticing ways: roasted; puréed; halved and stuffed with herbs, cheese and cream; or transformed into sweet pies, savoury risottos, indulgent gratins and thick creamy soups.

It's amazing what some Sunshine and water can do to plants, even if they belong to amateur experimental veggie gardeners like us...
The Coriander, the Basil and the Potato plants are vibrant and blooming in full glory!
Meanwhile the Reds of the tomatoes and the Violets of the Aubergines are oh so tempting... !

We’re brunching along the lake @ Hotel Nidwaldnerhof on this glorious Summer day. Suddenly Lukas asks “How about a road trip?”.
And off we go, no agenda, just us in the car and the road ahead of us.
With breathtakingly beautiful landscapes, the Susten (2224m) – Furka (2431m) – Grimsel (2165m) – Gotthard (2091m) Pass Route takes us through deep valleys and high mountain passes.
As Lukas is the designated driver, I just sit back, relax and enjoy the ride
