Handmade from wood, stone and clay

Carries on the ceilings, walls and floor

the mark of the owners of yore

Layers of paint, soot, dirt and grime

show the neglect over Time...

Neither Brushing, nor Washing,

Absolutely No Chemical Cleaning..

Only Fine Sand and DryIce Blast

Will Restore it back to its Glorious Past

 

This 400 year old Closed off House

Needs to be opened up and deserves a complete Overhaul

And so begins the List

A Brand new Kitchen to Cook up a Brew

How about a Bathroom with a View?

The wood burning oven is the only heating source

So the Burning Chamber will be replaced of course

A properly Insulated Roof is a Must

As is a complete Electrical and Sanitary Retrofit

 

This Old House of Earth, Wood and Stone

Handmade by people using basic Tools

Has of course no Blueprint or Plan

We measure each Wall, Room and Beam

Painstakingly we draw up the ePlan

and with it comes the Realisation 

There's hardly a Right Angle here!!!

But Ofcourse...

What this means..

Renovation will need not only a Visionary

But Expertise, Patience and Flexibility.
